When you use XyroCloud, you're agreeing to follow some basic rules. If you're not okay with them, you shouldn't use our services.

- What’s Not Allowed: Don’t use our services for anything illegal, like DDoS attacks, crypto mining, or sharing pirated stuff.
- Payments: You need to pay before using. We only give refunds if our refund policy says so.
- Account Ban: We can block or delete your account if you break our rules. Sometimes we’ll inform you, sometimes not.
- Our Responsibility: We’re not responsible if your data gets lost, or if there's downtime or any damage.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
This explains what we promise for uptime and what happens if we don’t meet it.
- Uptime Promise: We aim for 99.9% uptime each month.
- If We Miss It: You can ask for credit based on how long the service was down.
- What’s Not Included: Things like planned maintenance, DDoS attacks, or issues you caused yourself aren’t covered.
- How to Ask: Send us your logs and timing details within 7 days of the issue to request credits.
